Located at the island's famous cultural and entertainment hub of Las Dalias, in the village of San Carlos, PaloSanto offers a modern twist on Mexican cuisine, promising to take diners on an exciting sensory journey where regional dishes are revamped by its highly experienced kitchen team.

Right from the first bite, diners are inducted into a world of spicy, smoky flavours that pay tribute to Mexico's rich culinary heritage.

Drinks range from premium beers and wines to signature cocktails, with a special emphasis on tequila- and mezcal-based concoctions.

The venue is divided into two dining areas.

Adjacent to the hippie market, the terrace is covered by a canopy. There is live musical accompaniment on Mondays, Wednesdays, selected Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Downstairs, the decor features classic rustic touches such as Sabina wood beams with a plush mocha and moss-green-toned colour scheme to create a stylish, opulent effect. There is a mix of tables and private booths to suit groups or couples.

PaloSanto Ibiza is the proud possessor of the prestigious Sello Copil (a first on the island) by the Casa de México Foundation in Spain, in collaboration with the Mexican Academy of Gastronomy and the Mexican restaurant guild.
