You're out for a great dinner - the last spoonful of dessert has been licked, the complimentary chupitos have been chugged and everyone is feeling frisky. But, what next? Where can you go to get the party started? Well luckily, in Ibiza, the answer is "not very far...!"
This island is the place where top-quality gastronomy and world-class DJs collide. So, it's inevitable you can combine both a good meal and a proper shindig all under one roof.
Here is a round-up of our favourite spots to get you up and dancing once the dishes have been cleared away.
El Restaurante | Pacha
Ibiza Town
Pacha's very own "East meets West" dining experience, where Mediterranean and Japanese cuisines amalgamate to create delectable sharing dishes, all in one of the island's most iconic settings of all time.
Every luscious dish of El Restaurante will delight your senses and transport you to a taste of the future. In line with its exquisite menu, atmosphere and quality service, don't be surprised if you find yourself dining next to some of the most famous DJs of the moment.
After dinner, you'll be able to enjoy the perfect pre-party atmosphere, sample the mouthwatering works of the restaurant's mixologists, dance to the beats of special guest DJs and get set for a night to remember.
The 'eat your tickets' policy allows you to make your way straight through the doors of Pacha club so that you can enjoy the full experience. Minimum spend starts at €125 per head and is subject to which night of the week you book. Handily, you can make reservations via our party calendar by selecting your dates and filtering by club.
Blue Marlin
Cala Jondal
A name that needs little introduction, Blue Marlin Ibiza has reigned over the sands of Cala Jondal for over 20 years. A true Ibiza chameleon, it has created a setting that grants everyone access to a taste of the island experience. Here, the decision is really yours.
Dine in the restaurant or sun-soaked terrace, indulging in tender Wagyu or the finest cuts of bluefin Tuna, all with glorious sea views as the backdrop. Or maybe a more casual approach, fresh oysters and platters of sushi served to you, as you bronze upon your lounger?
Whichever way, be aware that you’ll soon find yourself mysteriously lifted to your feet.
There may be an allocated dancefloor, but at Blue Marlin, there are no set rules. A melting pot of music, movers, shakers, and glistening sunshine creates a buzz that's hard to contain or argue against.
With some of the biggest names - Pete Tong, THEMBA, Eli Rojas and even the odd appearance from Marco Carola - all gifted the role of party pied piper, why even try?
Ushuaïa Beach Hotel gastronomy
Playa d'en Bossa
Ushuaïa Ibiza is primarily known as Ibiza's largest outdoor entertainment venue and secondary as a hotel, but what you might not know is that it also boasts a range of incredible onsite restaurants.
Positioned next to the lobby's main entrance (but also with its garden viewing onto the stage) is Minami. The Japanese specialist restaurant serves up exquisite sushi and sashimi to hotel guests and high-end clubbers. In fact, it's so good, that some people just come for the dining experience without any intention of stepping foot on the dancefloor afterwards.
Dancefloor heaven, but kitchen hell? TV personality and decorated master chef Gordan Ramsey launches his self-styled Hell's Kitchen concept for Ibiza 2025. These are just two of the dining options at Ushuaïa. There's also The Beach by Ushuaïa for a more laid-back vibe. Once you've sampled the menu, you can then enjoy Ushuaïa's world-class clubbing programme.
Cova Santa Gastroclub & Mixology
San José
San José's green hilltops hold one of Ibiza's most stunning open-air dining and clubbing venues.
Steeped in history, Cova Santa is built around an ancient cave that once drew tourists from around the world. That legacy continues in the modern era with its day-to-night parties and beautifully executed menu.
The gorgeous restaurant cuts into the hillside and overlooks the dancefloor below. This means you can absorb the energy pulsating beneath, as you dine from a menu that journeys around the world.
From fresh oysters to 24-carat gold tomahawk steak and caviar to locally sourced pork ribs, you won't go hungry as the party unfolds before you.
Cova Santa is not shy about its incredible shows. As world-class DJs play, take a moment to relax and digest. Fire breathers, acrobats and circus acts perform a further feast for your eyes.
Elia | Destino Five Ibiza
Cap Martinet
We can only nod our heads in agreement with Destino Five Ibiza's self-titled status, as the ultimate adult playground. Perched upon Cap Martinet, with views of the glittering Ibiza town and Formentera, this stunningly elegant venue plays host to a hotel, pool, restaurant and club.
Its sun-kissed alfresco restaurant Elia, is one of the island's more opulent day-to-night dining experiences. Here you can delve into a fusion of Greek and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, which includes fresh fish, succulent meats and sharing platters. Nibble or fully feast on the beautiful fare, as you sip on delicious cocktails and watch the lights in the city come alive.
The night could only be completed with top-name DJs and infectious dance tunes to accompany the night sky. To maximise your dining and dancing, coincide your restaurant booking with one of Destino Five's big summer parties, led by Music On frontman, Marco Carola. The party takes over the hotel's main stage on selected Thursdays throughout summer - an experience you'll never forget.
Although Destino Five is limited to twelve big parties a summer, it also offers smaller-scale parties daily, with live music poolside from afternoon to evening.

The Pikes Restaurant
Outskirts of San Antonio
"Does it make Pikes more magical?" That is the single litmus test that proposed changes at Pikes must pass in order to be implemented under its new Ibiza Rocks Group management. In 2024, we saw the restaurant floor move from Plaza Major to the Sunset Terrace, adding that extra dose of magic to every plate laid upon the tables.
Dine under the stars as the night falls on its decadently delicious menu, which serves contemporary twists on culinary classics, all by candlelight. Or feast on the famously sumptuous Sunday Roast with all the trimmings and a lot of fun thrown in for good measure.
Music is always the theme here, and one teed to perfection at Pikes. Shimmying and singing along is encouraged, especially at their Sunday sessions by the pool. There are no days of rest where Pikes are concerned.
One thing to know, the Pikes cocktails are perfect any time of the day. However, there's always something more intoxicating to them, as the night falls and the moon rises above.
Find out what surprises await you in the infamous Freddies until the early hours.
O Beach Ibiza
San Antonio
While O Beach Ibiza may be best known for its carnival-style pool parties, the beautiful alfresco day club also boasts its own restaurant, sat just alongside the buzzing dancefloor.
Offering a large selection of Mediterranean cuisine, along with fresh Poke bowls, large salads, burgers, seafood dishes and steaks, O Beach's team of chefs are masters at ensuring your stomachs are always full to the brim. Book a table at the restaurant to prepare yourself for the day of dancing ahead, or if you have your own private area booked, you can order food directly to you.
Once you and your friends have cleaned your plates, the day and night are yours for the taking. The childhood rule of no swimming after eating goes out the window here. Get yourself straight in the pool or onto the dancefloor, so you don't miss a minute of the fun.

Bam-Bu-Ku
San Antonio
With the promenade on its doorstep and the beach just a skip away, Bam-Bu-Ku is San Antonio’s coolest and cutest beachclub. Here you can breathe in the balmy sea breeze as you indulge in the super cool, candy-coloured decor, and dine on their delicious tropical menu with your feet in the sand.
Throughout the week, Bam-Bu-Ku hosts a collection and sweet-treat selection of events and parties, including SummerRockz, Ibiza Brunch Club and Latin Pool. Relax in the restaurant and fill your boots from the great menu, before you find your dancing shoes.
With the heat of the summer in full play here, the choice of dancefloor, lounger or pool dip is always welcome. You’ll find the rest of the crowd jumping between them all, as the cocktails and music take hold. DJs, dancers and live performers make sure the party and fun is a daylong affair.
Beachouse
Playa d'en Bossa
Beachouse is a little slice of tropical shorefront heaven, located upon the sandy stretch of Playa d'en Bossa beach. With its stunning views of the sun-soaked beach, this really is the decadent beach destination the Ibiza chic call home.
With talented chefs behind the helm, you can enjoy a menu bursting with flavoursome Mediterranean delights as the waves - almost - lap your toes.
Although every night invites you to dine with DJs spinning ambient music in the background, Thursday nights are the shimmering peak of the week. Here, Camilo Franco's wonderful BOHO events offer the ultimate dinner experience, where fashion, music and art all come together under one starry sky. We couldn't think of a better way to end the week when music and moonlight meet.
Café Mambo
San Antonio
A permanent fixture on everyone's island bucket list, Cafe Mambo is now an Ibiza institution in its own right. From its humble roots as a derelict beachfront home, the stunning setting has grown into a world-renowned brand with its own stamp on sunset.
With four areas to dine, dance and drink, it offers both foodies and music lovers a place to meet. Open from 10:00 to 03:00 and with an international menu as big as its cocktail list - the strawberry daiquiri is a favourite of ours - you can while away the hours in this sun-drenched spot.
Of course, it's those sunset hours that really are the cream on the cake - you can experience world-famous DJs serenading you as you watch the sun dip beneath the horizon. Then the tempo rises, as the pre-parties begin, and you never know who might take the controls.
Lío Ibiza
Ibiza Marina
Well established as the Cabaret Queen of Ibiza, Lío Ibiza truly does reign supreme from its port side setting of Marina Botafoc. Open every evening, bar Monday, Lio offers a decadent experience where the dress code reflects the elegant surroundings.
It's glamour all the way, so prepare to be dazzled as the stage is lit up with a different but equally captivating show every night. It's not just the cabaret that's next level, the menu and the views are also something quite special. The Mediterranean menu is served with an innovative twist, that's accompanied beautifully with a stunning view of Ibiza Town's marina and old town Dalt Vila.
When the show stops the night doesn't end there. After dinner, the stage becomes yours as the venue transforms into a nightclub until the early hours.
Playa Soleil
Playa d'en Bossa
Like a Tulum paradise, Playa Soleil is a stunning shoreline beach club, right in the heart of Playa d'en Bossa. In keeping with its surroundings, natural tones flow throughout, from beach to restaurant and the inside club, along with the sonic soundscapes they are now renowned for.
Boasted as being "an oasis of culinary and sonic adventure" - they offer a feast of gastronomic delights, created from locally sourced and organic produce, that forms the backbone of the restaurant's menu. We dare you to try and remain seated as the music calls you from the beach club's sheltered terrace area, Le Restaurant, before moving inside to the indoor club space, Maison Musique, for the final hours.
Weekly residencies come from Andrea Oliva's ALL I NEED, La Troya and Rumors, and the chance to catch some great DJs and their friends without paying for admission.
Sure, we all have fond memories of Bora Bora from back in the day, but nothing lasts forever. In years to come, we'll be evangelising about Playa Soleil. That much we're certain.

PaloSanto Ibiza | Las Dalias
San Carlos
Adjoining Ibiza's oldest music venue, Las Dalias, comes a culinary upgrade in the form of PaloSanto Ibiza. Part of the same building that also houses intimate club space Akasha, PaloSanto brings Mexican flair to the Hippy home of Ibiza.
Under the esteemed guidance of Ikea Llona Orozco, whose roots in northern Mexico have now spread to Ibiza, a menu of gastromic gifts is here for the taking. Creativity, passion and perfection are moulded into every daring dish, without losing the authenticity of its homeland.
After one mastery, there's only one place to go, and that's straight into another. Las Dalias and Akasha provide a musical offering that simply must be indulged in, even after dessert.
If partying afterwards is on the agenda, then Saturday's Supernova offer a very special experience. For €60, you not only have entry into the late-night Akasha party from 23:00, but can then use that €60 as credit to spend on whatever you choose from the menu. Anything extra you decide to dine on, and you simply settle up at the end of the meal.

Pereyra Experience | Teatro Pereyra
Ibiza Town
Step into a world where haute cuisine meets entertainment at the recently refurbished Teatro Pereyra, a legendary venue in the heart of Ibiza Town.
Recently reopened after a lavish 16-year renovation, it now beautifully melds the class and poise of its heritage alongside cutting-edge technology, to light up the stage and the dancefloor afterwards, for an unforgettable night out.
The culinary offering features a delicious menu of contemporary classics, with a wood-fired grill at its heart, alongside a new table layout so you don't miss a second of the show.
This season's highlight is the mesmerising musical dinner show "Circus of Love". Immerse yourself in this musical and performance spectacle that features top-tier performers from around the world while you soak up the razzle, dazzle and acrobatic mastery that dance between the tables and hang from the grand ceiling above.
This interactive experience will have you up and dancing in no time. Remember: until you've been there, you can't possibly imagine what it's like.

Sundara | Palm Star Hotel
San Antonio Bay
Sundara offers the ideal atmosphere to savour a delectable international menu beneath the stars of Ibiza. Whether you choose to dine al fresco or within its tropical interior, Sundara feels more like a tranquil Balinese retreat than a restaurant in the heart of San Antonio Bay.
The menu is a global adventure, where each plate is a visual and culinary delight, presented with precision and care. As an added perk, the cocktails are not only exceptional, they’re among the best-priced on the island.
Once you’ve finished feasting, the adjoining Sundara club is just a few steps away and grants free entry to all diners. An intimate venue with a big room soundsystem, it draws in Grade-A names to the booth each week, such as Todd Terry, Marshall Jefferson and Smokin' Jo, plus a roster of local Ibiza talent.
