While the Pacha brand was born on the Spanish mainland and came to prominence once it arrived on the island of Ibiza, its culture is one of global appeal. Therefore it makes sense that the menu at the D-Lounge in Destino Pacha Resort is born from Mediterranean cuisine, but incorporates influences from all over the world.
Head-chef Daniel Barrabés has shown devotion to his craft and obsessive attention to detail in creating his “At Night” menu. While the dishes are made sourcing the finest produce Ibiza has to offer, its creator casts his net over a far wider geographical area.
Opening in the evening through to midnight, D-Lounge seats guests next to the sea and under the stars as the magnificent citadel Dalt Vila illuminates the background. The menu weaves from fresh fish to mouthwatering meats, all cooked to the diners’ personal taste on a Robata grill, and covering all diets, lifestyle choices and food tolerances. Not forgetting, the amazing range of fresh sushi and sashimi that has become the house speciality.
There’s also a selection of delicious tapas, plus the best wines, spirits and cocktails anybody could hope to find on Ibiza.
