Set in the spacious grounds of the Casa Maca Agroturismo hotel, Casa Maca restaurant is an agricultural paradise, with the added bonus of a relaxing panorama of Ibiza Town and the sea in the distance. Although very close to the town, you are instantly transported to an alternative, rustic reality.
In summer, dining is al fresco and diners are surrounded by vegetable and herb gardens, with plenty of space for kids to stretch their legs and explore. Food is prepared in an Argentinian barbecue style, on a Francis Mallmann grill. Fine cuts of meat or fish, accompanied by locally produced fruit, vegetables and herbs, hang over the grill to cook slowly and evenly.
Open almost all year round, Casa Maca is the perfect retreat for long lazy Sunday lunches or large family/friendly gatherings under the moonlight, with a soundtrack provided by live musicians and DJs. Be sure to pre-book in high season.
