For a true taste of Ibiza, a bottle of the White Isle's iconic beverage, Hierbas Ibicencas, is a must. The perfect memento that will go down with anyone who appreciates sipping the island’s signature herbal liqueur. Bear in mind, as a intoxicating reminder of those post-beach sundowners, you may end up consuming it all yourself.
For an extra sprinkling of the island, Sal de Ibiza is its famed sea salt (the island’s earliest export, dating back 100s of years). Packaged in pretty jars and rustic sacks, it makes a simple yet elegant gift.
Ensaimada - Traditional Ibizan confectionery
If you have ever passed through an airport in the Balearic Islands, you would have seen people delicately carrying large, flat boxes with a beautiful ribbon around them. The contents: One of the islands’ most beloved confections, the ensaimada. No ordinary pastry, they are a traditional treat, that's a soft and sweet delight.
If you plan on giving to friends, we suggest buying a few, as you'll find it difficult to resist tucking into one on the flight home. Here on Ibiza, they (and other delicious traditional treats) can be found at one of the ten Forn Can Bufí bakeries on the island.
Tattoos - Permanent or temporary
A hugely popular souvenir, getting a tattoo in Ibiza not only captures the island's free-spirited nature, but also yours. Popular designs range from the mystical (think Es Vedrà or spiritual mandalas) to club-branded logos or just a simple "IBZ". Remember, tattoos are not just for Ibiza, but for life! So choose wisely. However, whatever you decide upon, it will always serve as the perfect storytelling prompt and post-holiday brag.

For children and babies, Punta Arabí Hippy Market will often have cute collections. For adults, the designated store in the port of Ibiza Town is a treasure trove of stunning pieces. They also host a yearly fashion show, if you want to grab the latest pieces hot off the catwalk.
Espadrilles - Stylish & practical
Why not complete the look with a pair of cool and comfortable Espadrilles? Known locally as alpargatas, they are a popular purchase for visitors to the Iberian Peninsula. Here in Ibiza, these comfy rope-soled shoes are widely available in many stores. Ideal for summer (and way more stylish than your average flip-flops), they range from bright stripes to neutral tones. This sounds like the perfect excuse to buy a few different pairs for yourself and others, of course.
Classic kitsch - Essential holiday mementos
Every holiday needs a cheesy memento of those unforgettable weeks away. Created to brighten kitchen cupboards and mantlepieces across the globe, they come in every imaginable form and for every use.
Ashtrays, shot glasses, tea towels, and lighters, all decorated with 'Ibiza 2025', sunset views, and blue-green lizards, are a gift that no home can do without. Why not keep them for yourself, so drying the dishes will no longer feel like a chore? Or, pass on to friends, so every time they pass them by, they'll wish they really had been here with you.
