Ibiza club rewind | Pacha

The best sets from years gone by.

Sculpted in the vision of founder Ricardo Urgell, Pacha has been doing the business since 1973. Over the last five decades, its cherries logo have become a symbol of sophistication and liberation.

Today, the former finca and the rest of the Pacha empire are under the watchful eye of the affable new hands-on CEO, Aloki Batra. Dance music legend Pete Tong also sits on the board of directors.

The building has undergone expansion and structural changes, but still radiates the hippy nature of its origins.

Our Ibiza club rewind series looks back at some of Pacha's key contributors in recent years. These are sets that capture the vibe of the club and its beautiful clientele.

CAMELPHAT | 2024

Multi-platinum selling duo CAMELPHAT are already confirmed to be back at Pacha for their third summer and it's no less than they deserve. Dave and Mike have really made under the cherries their home. We can no longer imagine them playing anywhere else on Ibiza.

Naturally, CAMELPHAT could always call on a healthy level of support from fellow Liverpudlians in attendance, but overall their universal appeal shone through.

Their set features plenty of their own productions and remixes, as well as tracks by Musumeci, Prospa and Arude.

Solomun + 1 | 2014

In 2014, the Solomun juggernaut was still amassing fans and finding momentum. Although the party was well on its way to attaining superstar status, few could have predicted the level of success it would find.

Relive an early incarnation of the party, where German duo andhim were Solomun's guests.

An hour of andhim, followed by an hour of vintage Solomun, containing music by Matthew Dear, Fur Coat and Adriatique.

Junior Jack & Kid Creme | Defected | 2012

For our final entry, we're digging right into the archive to pull this set from Junior Jack and Kid Creme from 2012, the last time Defected held court at Pacha. This is particularly pertinent, as 2025 sees Defected return to its old stomping ground in a full circle moment.

Thirteen years down the line and Defected's roster of today looks quite different to when Junior Jack and Kid Creme were amongst its ranks. That aside, though, it still stood for quality House music all night long.

We're excited to see what Defected has in store for us upon its return. In the mean time, let's reminisce with music from Ray Foxx, Alex Kenji and Gregor Salto.

Fast-forward

Aside from some minor differences, Pacha has retained the same weekly line up for three years. That all changes in summer 2025, as Dubai-based owner FIVE Holdings start to ring the changes.

The season gets underway following the Solomun-led Grand Opening Party on Friday 25 April. His own Solomun +1 campaign returns on Sundays, while other pillars of the programme, including Platinum-selling duo CAMELPHAT and Marco Carola's Music On being back on Tuesdays and Fridays respectively.

That may all be familiar, but across the rest of the week, there's a lot of changes to digest.

Flower Power stays on prime time Saturday nights, but now co-hosts with Pure Pacha presents Robin Schulz. Another sessions being shared is Wednesday nights, which will be split between BLOND:ISH's Abracadabra in the first half of summer and Mau P's Baddest Behaviour for the latter half.

Another new arrival is Sonny Fodera, who takes over Mondays. Finally, after 13 years away, Defected comes back to Pacha on Thursdays as we highlighted earlier.

There's also a series of pre-season dates leading us up the start of the weekly residencies, including an already completely SOLD OUT KEINEMUSIK date. Fear not, though, there's plenty of other attractive takeovers. Dixon, Loco Dice, Mochakk, Rossi. and Miguelle & Tons all star.
