Christmas Markets
In San Antonio, every day throughout December
Monday to Thursday from 17:00 to 22:00; Friday to Sunday and bank holidays from 11:00 to 23:00
Located in the heart of San Antonio - by the fountains - beneath the impressive Christmas tree, this annual festivity features stalls selling seasonal gifts, Christmas decorations and tasty food and drinks.
It is also host to a small children's fair with plenty of fun activities for the youngsters, as well as a series of live concerts and shows for the whole family.
Las Dalias Christmas Market
In San Carlos, every Saturday & Sunday from 7 December until 29 December

Arguably Ibiza's best-stocked and most atmospheric winter market, Las Dalias Christmas Market - located in the charming village of San Carlos - is a must-visit location at this time of year. If you can't find your ideal handcrafted gift here, it's probably not available on the island. And all the while soaking up the yuletide vibes over a glass of their signature mulled wine!
theHUB's BIG Winter Market
Saturday, 7 December from 12:00 - 18:00
Ibiza’s co-working space par excellence theHUB on the road to Santa Gertrudis will host a special winter market with the chance to browse for seasonal goods, handicrafts, and holiday gifts.
Add to that games and activities for children of all ages, home cooked seasonal fare, festive drinks, music and a community Christmas choir, and you have all the ingredients for a smashing day out with family and friends.
Fun fair in Ibiza Town

Thinking of staying home? The kids have other plans!
Brace yourselves for whirling roundabouts, gravity-defying ship swings, bumper car pandemonium, and prize-packed raffle booths. And to ensure you keep the energy levels topped up, there are fairground classics, such as churros dripping in chocolate along with plenty of other goodies, drinks, and surprises.
The funfair will take place in the car park at the entrance to Ibiza Town, between the Bfit gym and the El Carnicero restaurant.
From 8 December, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (except bank holidays) are children's day, with most attractions offered at a discounted price of €2.50.
Isla de Sal Exhibition

Local artistic collective EL.RoL. invites visitors to explore Isla de Sal, an exhibition running until 8 December. Featuring a captivating collection of paintings and bronze sculptures, the display takes viewers on a sensory voyage through textures, shapes, and emotions rooted in the island’s long-standing salt-mining traditions.
The exhibition is hosted at the Can Jeroni Cultural Centre in San José.
Eivicadabra - Magic Festival in Ibiza

This three-day treasure trove of all things magical is a must for all. Devoted magicians have prepared this jubilee of joy that is bound to win the hearts of audiences from young to old. Enjoy an enchanting weekend of magic and wonder at Ibiza’s second Magic Festival, Eivicadabra!
Children's Christmas Party at Pacha

An annual tiny tots favourite at this time of year, the Children's Christmas Party at Pacha is back with another fun Yuletide evening. All proceeds are destined to support the Fundación Conciencia y Plataforma Sociosanitaria de las Pitiusas, a local platform helping those at risk of social exclusion or with special needs on Ibiza and Formentera.
As well as the sound of tiny feet traipsing around the famed dancefloor, it will feature a raffle, face-painting, clowns, games and a special guest!
The €6 entry fee includes a soft drink.

Dinner for One at Teatro España

A perennial yuletide favourite, Dinner for One is a two-hander play based on a popular short film screened in Germany and the Netherlands during the Christmas season. Produced by the local drama company Penya Escénica, it will be held at Teatro España, in the town of Santa Eulalia.
After the performance, there will be a small reception at the back entrance of the theatre, with 'coca de pimientos' (a typical Balearic pasty with peppers), cava, and juice.
Classical music concerts in San Antonio
21 December at Can Bonet Church
Starts at 19:30
As part of the ‘Ones de llum’ series (five classical music concerts combining classical music with the latest multimedia) this event is a must-see for eager followers of culture. Held in Can Bonet Church, it brings together sound, light, and architecture to maximum effect.
Performed by local musicians, the music ranges from classical pieces to contemporary compositions. Admission is free until capacity is reached.
Walking Fiesta & Food Christmas 2024

Cathedral Ibiza Fun Race

Make a dash for the New Year with the Cathedral Ibiza Fun Run.
Held every year, this fun run - apt for all ages - sees revellers race to the cathedral at the summit of Dalt Vila, the fortified old town of Ibiza.
Starting off at the corsair statue in the port of Ibiza, the race covers a distance of 2,330 m. Registering is free and there are special categories for costumed groups. A raffle of Xmas lots is held afterwards.
