The beach
S'Argamassa is a secluded beach between Cala Martina and Cala Pada. It is well-kept, with nice sand and sheltered waters, making it ideal for long beach days. This is a fantastic beach to take the kids owing to its shallow waters that extend far out, and the absence of waves and currents.
Right at the beach, you'll find Cesar's Watersports centre with a wide selection of water sports, fun water toys and boat excursions. If you come with the family, you should try the Acrobosc assault course and climbing park, only a few steps from the beach: a sure hit with the kids and Ibiza's only such facility.
Tip 1: One for the history lovers... There is a stone wall crowned with a water canal near the cove, which archaeologists state could have been part of some industrial facilities (circa first and second century AD) for brining fish and manufacturing garum, a fish sauce highly valued by sailors in the Mediterranean in former times.
Tip 2: To the right of the beach, as you walk towards Cala Pada, there are several spots where you can access the water and enjoy what seems like your own tiny, private beach.
Beach bars and restaurants
Near the beach, there are a few bars and restaurants offering everything from a full meal and paellas to snacks, where you can relax over lunch.
An interesting addition to S'Argamassa Beach is Nikki Beach Ibiza, an international brand famous for its beach clubs in Marbella, St. Tropez and other upmarket destinations.
Nearests resorts
The popular resort of Es Caná in the north and Santa Eulalia, the third largest town of Ibiza, to the south.
