Your car and motorcycle rental in Ibiza

You can pick up the car at any of our offices or at the airport. Autos Marí has offices in Cala Llonga, Siesta, Santa Eulalia, Santa Eulalia-Cas Capitá (in front of Hotel Tropical Garden), S’Argamassa, and Portinatx.

If you would like the vehicle delivered to another location, there will be an additional cost of €40, and this service is available during office hours. If you wish to use this option, please let us know when making your reservation.

The vehicle pick-up point is located at the meeting point of the public parking lot P1 on the first floor, space 384 of the airport. At this same spot, our staff will hand over the vehicle to you, so there’s no need to go to any other location.

• Delivery at the airport from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM: €15
• Delivery from 8:01 PM to 11:00 PM: €35
• Delivery from 11:01 PM to 7:59 AM: €45

All you need is a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of experience, a credit card, and to be over 23 years old.

If you prefer, you can pay either in cash or by credit card.

At the time of signing the contract, a hold will be placed on your credit card for the amount of the deductible corresponding to the vehicle group rented. This hold will be released once the vehicle is returned in the agreed-upon condition.

The insurance covers third-party damage, occupants, and theft, with a deductible ranging from €400 to €1000 depending on the type of vehicle you choose. Damages are not covered under any circumstances if you drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs or engage in reckless driving. The insurance does not cover lost keys or items stolen from inside the car.

You have the option to purchase zero-deductible insurance for a price ranging from €15 to €22, depending on the vehicle group reserved.

The insurance does not cover, under any circumstances, the loss of keys, fuel, refueling with the wrong type of fuel, or items that may be stolen from inside the vehicle.

If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, there will be no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 48 hours, the cancellation fee will be equivalent to one day’s rental cost.

• The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of fuel.
• It must be returned full.
• If it is not returned full, the cost of the fuel consumed will be charged, plus a €20 refueling service fee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

– Insurance with deductible, CDW, PAI, VEHICLE THEFT (does not include personal belongings stolen from the interior)
– VAT
– Local taxes
– Unlimited mileage

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

– Damages below the deductible amount
– Loss or breakage of keys
– Theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings
– Fuel
– Fines and administration costs (€35), not including the fine amount
– Extreme cleaning (€150)
– Smoking inside the vehicle (€150)
– Theft/loss/damage/wet keys (cost as per manufacturer)

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

AGE:

– Groups A, B, C, D, E: 23 years old and 3 years of driving experience
– Groups F, G, H, H1, H2, H3: 25 years old and 3 years of driving experience
– Groups H4, I2, I3: 27 years old and 5 years of driving experience
– Group T: 25 years old, type A license, and 3 years of experience

DOCUMENTS:

– Identity card or passport
– Driver’s license meeting the required experience

CREDIT CARD:

– A hold will be placed on your credit card for the value of the deductible for the chosen vehicle group. This hold will be released once the contract ends, provided the vehicle is returned on time, at the agreed location, and in the agreed condition.
– If the SCDW (zero-deductible insurance) is purchased, a credit card in the driver’s name is required, but no hold will be placed.

– Group H4, I, I2, I3: €1250
– Group T: €700

SCDW (Zero-Deductible Insurance):

– With this option, the customer is exempt from paying the deductible for vehicle damage.
– No credit card hold will be applied.

What SCDW does NOT include:
– Loss or damage to keys
– Theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings transported in the vehicle
– Fuel
– Administration fees for fines
– Extreme cleaning charge

SCDW PRICES:

– Group A, B, C: €15/day, max €150
– Group D, D1, D2, E: €17/day, max €170
– Group H, H1, H2, H3: €23/day, max €230
– Group H4, I, I2, I3: €25/day, max €250
– Group T: €12/day, max €120
– Group G: €21/day, max €210

FUEL POLICY:

– At the airport, the vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. If not, the cost of the consumed fuel + €20 refueling service fee will be charged.
– At the offices, the vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as delivered. If not, the cost of the consumed fuel + €20 refueling service fee will be charged.

VEHICLE USAGE:

The rented vehicle can only be used for private purposes and by drivers properly registered. If the vehicle is used for any of the following prohibited purposes or any other actions contrary to current legislation, Autos Marí reserves the right to terminate the reservation without any refund and may take legal action to claim damages.

PROHIBITED USES:

– Commercial passenger transportation
– Pushing or towing another vehicle or object
– Smoking (or similar: e.g., hookahs, vapes) inside the vehicle
– Participating in races, official or otherwise
– Conducting material, accessory, or other resistance tests on the rented vehicle
– Driving the vehicle off paved roads
– Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication impairing driving ability
– Transporting goods in violation of law or for illegal purposes
– Exceeding the vehicle’s passenger capacity as per the technical documentation
– Carrying goods not authorized in the vehicle’s technical documentation in terms of weight, quantity, or volume
– Transporting goods classified as special or dangerous by current regulations
– Using the vehicle to commit crimes, infractions, or other actions penalized by Spanish law, or aiding criminals or hiding, transporting, or storing objects resulting from such actions
– Modifying the vehicle’s structure or installing roof racks or similar objects for goods or luggage
– Taking the vehicle outside Ibiza without prior written authorization from Autos Marí
– Transporting animals in the vehicle
– Tampering with the odometer or any other part of the vehicle
– Allowing unregistered drivers to operate the vehicle
– Transporting children or babies without the appropriate seat or booster

NOTE:

1. IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO TRANSPORT THE VEHICLE TO FORMENTERA OR ANY OTHER LOCATION OUTSIDE IBIZA. PENALTIES ARISING FROM NON-COMPLIANCE WILL BE BORNE BY THE RENTAL CONTRACT HOLDER.

• White: Free parking.
